Background

The most successful coaching you can receive is an ongoing relationship between a Coach and a Client. The opportunity for success for the coaching client dramatically increases because changing habits and creating possibilities is a process.

My Vortex of Excellence™ Coaching Program is a structure that facilitates the process of personal and professional development. 

I am not a licensed therapist or counselor. This coaching is not meant to replace counseling or other professional services but compliment the same. My program is designed to address issues the person being coached would like to consider and to help the close the gap of where the person is compared to where they want to be in their life. These issues could include (but are not limited to) personal foundation, career development, relationship enhancement, spiritual growth, mid-life assessment, healthy lifestyle management, life balance, decision-making, and achieving short-term or long-term goals.

How it Works

By creating an ongoing relationship over several weeks or months, we can utilize brainstorming, values clarification, the completion of written assignments, education, goal setting, identifying plans of action, accountability, examining lifestyle choices, and more.

Some, or all, of the coaching may be through telephone contact, text messaging, online chat, email, and/or video conferencing. Zoom and Microsoft Teams are the preferred platforms of choice, but other options are available.

The Vortex of Excellence™ Coaching Program can be structured any number of ways, so prices vary. Regardless of the fee structure agreed upon, both parties must agree in writing on the fees and form of payment prior to starting the Vortex of Excellence™ Coaching Program. A contract will be drafted and prepared for execution by both parties.
